Keep your arms fully stretched.
Push your buttocks upward. Don't bend your knees.
Stretch both legs equally.
Rest on your front crown.
Keep your feet flat on the floor with the toes pointing straight ahead.
Push your torso toward your legs.
Do not compress your spine.
